Inter Ohana C.F. Academy programs are structured across 10 months of training and competing. Our long term development model spans throughout a fall, winter, and spring seasons. Our student-athletes are introduced to the highest level training and competition through a pre-programed season plan, which optimizes the development process by combining expert coaching with an annual competition schedule that’s centered on individualized growth technically, tactically, physically, mentally, and personally. Our programs have defined age-specific workloads and training concepts to ensure that student-athletes have a clear pathway to progress through the program and maximize their potential. Our training includes: team and individual session, position specific session, strength and conditioning, Mental conditioning, Leadership and personal development, Nutritional guidance, individual development systems like Video analysis/GPS Tracking/Monitored stats, among other collective and individual resources.
