Spain Player Pathways

From a first short-term immersion to a full-season residential pathway — one dedicated space to understand the TFL opportunity clearly.

Five pathways. One goal: find the right Spain experience for your player.

The opportunity

One opportunity. Five levels of commitment.

Through Inter Ohana’s collaboration with TFL F.C., families can explore five different ways to experience football in Spain — from a short first step to a full residential season.

Shorter programs give players a first experience of Spain without requiring a full-season commitment.

Longer pathways add more football, more independence, residency support, and a much bigger commitment from both player and family.

Madrid is the main base for several pathways. Depending on the program, player fit, and club environment, training, tryout, or immersion phases may also take place in other locations in Spain.

Right fit

Start with the player.

The smartest funnel is not “choose a product.” It is “tell us where your player is, and we help you identify the right level of commitment.”

01

First experience

Summer ID or Pro Immersive ID if the family wants Spain without a major long-term commitment.

02

More serious

3+3 if the player needs a deeper football block while keeping more flexibility than a full year.

03

Full development cycle

9 months for older players ready for daily structure, residency, and a substantial year abroad.

04

Full residential academy

10 months for families seeking the deepest pathway, including the stronger academic component.

FAQ

Before you decide.

Why not show every brochure detail on the page?

Because the page should help families understand and compare first. Once there is genuine interest, the full operational detail becomes useful instead of overwhelming.

Are the shorter programs a good first step?

Yes. For many families they are the most sensible entry point because the player can experience Spain before making a much bigger commitment.

Do the longer programs include residency and support?

Yes. Longer pathways include residency, meals, supervision, transport, insurance, and a broader day-to-day support structure.

Is this a guaranteed route to professional football?

No. The programs are development and exposure opportunities. The communication should not imply guaranteed professional placement, trials, contracts, or outcomes.

What is the best next step?

A family consultation. That allows Inter Ohana to guide the family toward the pathway that actually fits the player's age, maturity, goals, and readiness.

Next step

Find the right pathway first.

Before talking dates, fees, or logistics, start with the player. Tell us where they are now and what the family is looking for.
